Route day: Every other Tuesday (biweekly).
Local delivery (free for active subscribers): Chittenden County and select Addison County towns (Ferrisburgh, Vergennes, Bristol).
Local pickup: at either Farm Store anytime!
Policies
Price-Lock on Prepay: Prepay locks your rate for the entire term. If retail prices adjust during your term, your prepaid rate stays the same.
Skip / Hold: Email us 48 hours before your route and we’ll skip that box and push your next renewal by one cycle.
Cancel anytime: Future charges stop immediately/next cycle per plan rules.
Packing tolerance: Roasts & Braises and Quick-Cook/Steaks may vary ±0.25 lb so real cuts fit naturally; total box targets (10/15/20 lb) are maintained.

When am I charged?
You’re charged every 2 weeks on your subscription cadence. Prepay plans charge in full upfront.
Can I change my size later?
Yes—email us before your next charge and we’ll switch for the upcoming cycle if inventory allows.
Not home on Tuesday?
Leave a cooler with ice packs for delivery or come pick up your order at your convenience on either of our Farm Stores
What if I want certain cuts?
Add a note at checkout—we’ll accommodate when inventory allows. We always hit the category weights (with the small tolerance) so value stays fair.
